$500 Tax Credit (To qualify for 2011 tax credit your windows must be installed before December 31st, 2011.)

The 2011 Tax Credit "Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization and Job Creation Act".  Homeowners can recieve a tax credit for 10% of the product cost for all ENERGY STAR qualified doors and windows with a maximum lifetime limit of $500 per household.  If you claimed the total $1500 in 2009 and 2010 you have exhausted your total household limit and do not qualify for the 2011 tax credit.  In 2010 Wellington was not able to install windows in all the homes for customers that wanted to qualify because of the overwhelming demand in the 4th quarter.  If you are thinking about taking advantage of this years tax credit please call now.  When working with Wellington we ARE the Manufacturer so there will be less hurdles for you come tax time in 2012.  Our Goal is to Maximize the Customer Experience.

Little known facts:

1) The NFRC has over 200,000 different windows listed in their books. Only 60,000 qualify for the new energy tax credit.  That's only 1/3 of all windows manufactured that qualify.
